GEORGE GAGLIARDI TO BE MUSICIAN FOR CONVOCATION

George Gagliardi, well known composer, lyricist and musician from Dallas, will be the musical guest for the Convocation in San Antonio. George sang at the 1993 TBC annual breakfast in Dallas.

George has written ten songs recorded by Cynthia Clawson including Words and Music, nominated by the Gospel Music Association for “Song of the Year” and Finest Hour, the title cut from Clawson’s Grammy-nominated album.

George is an active member of Wilshire Baptist Church in Dallas where he teaches Sunday School. He has served as musical director, pianist, or guitarist on several Dallas theatrical productions. He has also lived and performed in Nashville and Los Angeles.

George will perform his original music accompanied by either the piano or guitar during our convocation. Most impressively, you will see him compose songs “on the spot” to sing which will compliment the convocation speaker he just heard speak. Hearing George Gagliardi will be a special blessing.
